Simply take the item/s you wish to return in to any Ripe Maternity store (excluding Myer), show your online receipt and the credit card used for your purchase and our store staff will be happy to assist you. Just remember it has to be within 14 days of delivery. For ZipPay returns and exchanges you will need to return your purchase back to us by post.
